DESCRIPTION:Next Round of Fresh Meat training begins! \nNCRD Nickel City Roller Derby is amping up to training the next group of new and excited derby GIRLS\, GUYS and JUNIORS! \nThat’s right folks\, it’s a real sport with real training involved. Don’t know how to roller skate? Never seen a roller derby bout? No worries! We train you how to fall\, stop\, all the way up to juking and hitting in a step by step 10-12 weeks training course. \n*Juniors Fresh Meat is co-ed\, non-contact/contact and is open to ages 9-17 – NEXT SESSION DATE TBD \n*Adult Roller Derby fresh meat is age 18 and up\, for people who want to play or referee.  – NEXT SESSION DATE TBD \n(We have limited gear available to rent during the program\, so don’t worry if you don’t have gear right away.) \nThere is a minimum required number of participants for the program to run\, so bring your friends too! \n  \nFor more info\, email: recruiting@ncrd.ca
